Cancellation
The customer must pay the full amount of the reservation if canceling at any time.
Prepayment
The customer must pay the total amount of the reservation in advance at any time.
PS – The customer has 72 hours to make the payment, after the 72 hour period, if we do not receive payment for the reservation, the reservation is canceled at our hotel and we remind you that the reservation is non-refundable after a period of 24 hours following the reservation. After making the reservation, you must pay for it via bank transfer with the details described above, if you wish to guarantee the reservation.
